- 200 g flour
- 0,5 L milk
- 1-2 eggs
- Strawberry marmalade, fresh berries
JUST A SIMPLE SUNDAY LUNCH
- 4 medium sized potatoes
- 1 egg
- oil
- salt
- parsley
- 100g portobello mushrooms (or similar)
PROSCIUTTO, OLIVES AND CAPERS PASTA
- 180 g pasta
- 7-8 slices prosciutto
- 4 spoonfulls sour cream
- olives (10-12 pcs)
- capers (1-2 tea spoons)
- olive oil
- 50 g grated cheese (not Parmesan, you can add Parmesan later, but I used ordinary low fat cheese)
TORTILLAS WiTH SHRIMPS
- 225 g shrimps
- 2 tomatoes
- half courgette
- half green pepper
- 5 tortillas
- 2 spoonfuls of sour cream
- 1 spoonful of mustard
- Kotany Indian spices mix
- salt
APPLE PIE
GOLDIES (for two)
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 3 spoons of water
- 4-5 big, ripe apples
- two spoons of cream
- two spoons of brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 2-3 spoons of raisins (optional)
- 1-2 spoons of nuts (optional)
GOLDIES (for two)
- 200 g chicken breast
- half courgette
- half apple
- 1 tomato
- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 15 g butter
- some oil for the pan
- salt
- sweet red pepper
- nutmeg
- cumin
- saffron
- 140-150 g of buckwheat pasta
- handful of asparagus (10-12 cm long - you can take those that are smaller or longer, because you'll chop them at the and anyway!)
- 50-60 g of ham, sliced
- 2 spoonful of roughly chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons of low-fat sour cream
- olive oil
- a pinch of salt for the pasta and for the asparagus
- Parmesan cheese (if you want to)
